PROJECTS

MAX JACKED is an e-commerce supplement brand I founded and scaled as a full-cycle entrepreneurial project, serving as both a business venture and a practical application of my marketing education. From brand identity and product positioning to store development and customer acquisition, I managed every stage of the operation with a primary focus on digital marketing strategy. The business was built on Shopify, supported by conversion-focused design, and growth was driven through paid advertising across Google and Meta platforms. This project reflects my ability to translate marketing theory into execution, test and optimize campaigns, and operate an online business in a real, competitive market environment.

As part of building MAX JACKED, I independently researched and selected a manufacturing partner, balancing quality standards, compliance, and cost efficiency. I established the business as a legally registered LLC, handling the foundational setup required to operate and scale responsibly. I also built, managed, and continuously optimized the Shopify storefront, refining product pages, site structure, and checkout flow based on performance data and user behavior to improve conversions and overall store efficiency.

During my time with NERPAL, I worked closely with my professor and three colleagues in a collaborative startup environment. I designed and built the company website, implemented foundational SEO strategies to improve search visibility, and supported business development by contacting manufacturers and coordinating outreach. I also assisted with planning and promoting events, including creating and distributing physical marketing materials such as flyers. This experience strengthened my ability to work cross-functionally while contributing to both the creative and operational sides of an early-stage company.
