My name is Isaiah Yates, I’m 24 years old, and I hold an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
My professional focus sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and entrepreneurship—specifically how ideas become real, revenue-generating systems. I’m the founder of MAX JACKED, a sports nutrition supplement company that I built from the ground up. In this venture, I managed every aspect of the business—from product development and branding to logistics and customer experience—with a primary emphasis on marketing, aligning directly with my academic background. Through MAX JACKED, I gained hands-on experience running online stores, working extensively with Shopify, and executing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This gave me practical exposure to conversion strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
Beyond entrepreneurship, I bring a strong international perspective. I relocated to Japan with my wife, Kyoka, driven by a desire to immerse myself in a new culture, broaden my worldview, and challenge myself personally and professionally. Living abroad strengthened my adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and ability to operate effectively in unfamiliar environments—skills that translate directly into modern, global business contexts.
In my time with NERPAL, a startup founded in collaboration with my college professor. This experience exposed me to early-stage business operations, strategic thinking in fast-moving environments, and collaborative problem-solving within a lean team structure.
At my core, I’m driven by growth—both personal and professional. I enjoy building things, refining systems, and applying marketing theory in real-world settings where results actually matter.
